Modular Offsite Construction
What is Offsite Modular Construction?
Offsite modular construction is a modern method of construction (MMC) in building where the majority of the project is designed and manufactured in a controlled factory before on-site assembly. At Rollalong, we complete about 90% of construction at our Dorset facility.
Structural elements, internal finishes, and entire modules are engineered and assembled in our factory, which reduces on-site disruption, minimises weather delays, and increases safety by reducing working from height. After manufacturing, modules are transported for rapid installation by our expert team, with final touches completed on site.
