We’re delighted to share that Rollalong has been awarded a major new contract by Wates Residential and Havering Council to deliver their first temporary modular homes scheme in Romford.
Located on the Waterloo and Queen Street site, the development will see the manufacture and installation of 18 high-quality modular homes designed to provide safe, comfortable and sustainable accommodation for local families currently in temporary housing.
Modular homes that move with communities
Built in our Dorset factory, these precision-engineered homes will be ready to install on site with modern interiors and energy-efficient designs. Each home is designed to be relocatable, a flexible housing solution that can move with the community as the 12 Estates regeneration programme continues.
